With over 40 years of professional experience, Savithri has been a respected individual in the corporate advisory and compliance landscape, known for her deep understanding of corporate structuring, governance, and regulatory advisory. She began her career at Ernst & Young in the mid-1980s before transitioning to a UK-listed Company, where she was involved with accounting, treasury management and tax to eventually managing corporate compliance and governance of the group listed entities in UK and Singapore.

 

In 2008, she became a founder of Apex Business Advisory (ABA) together with the Apex Fund Services Group and had an opportunity to take over the Company in 2012 from Apex Fund Services Group. As the head of Corporate Solutions, Savithri brings significant advisory experience to the boards of directors she supports, offering clear, strategic guidance in navigating corporate governance and meeting regulatory and statutory obligations.

 

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with senior management across numerous boards, successfully advising both foreign and local clients on business setup, compliance, and expansion in Singapore. She is widely recognized in professional circles for her skills in corporate structuring and is a Fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
